Tonight, I was struck by the various comments on this journey we are on. The Bible in 90 Days is quite an adventure! Differing comments even in the same household! Our journey with God is certainly our own walk. All I can say is keep walking – step by step. Remember the words from the chorus:
. . . and step by step you’ll lead me, and I will follow you in all of your ways.

Something else that was basically an a-ha is God became a micro-manager during Exodus and Numbers out of necessity. They were obviously not successful with a little direction and promises, so he had to step it up. This is what you do, why you do it, and how you do it. God the micro-manager … that thought was an eye opener.
Yes, you are so right, Erin. Again, teaching an unholy, urban people how to survive in a wilderness has it’s problems — not the least of which is making sure the details of survival are accounted for.
