Partial Window Into Worship for This Sunday

Image

Here’s a partial window into traditional worship planning for this Sunday, August 26:

Preparation

  • We enter worship with eyes wide and hearts filled. We bring with us a past both personal and collective, with a faith and purpose that can be renewed. In worship, we shall discover and deepen our knowledge of ourselves and our God.  We hope to widen the horizon of our minds, touch one another with care and with love, create a place for justice to take root and place ourselves before the mystery of our unfolding lives. It is we who christen this space with awe in the knowledge that the difference we can make is only limited by the ceiling of our imagination.
