Changing The Routine

I woke up inspired to just do it differently.

I had to change the routine today. Why, you ask? Not because of boredom. Not because I was stressed. I needed to continue to wake up my body & my mind.

So, dogs were in the backyard . . . none too happy, though. Rhonda and I headed off to the gym and met her workout partner. They went to do their routine. I wanted to break mine.

Back and forth from treadmill walk to run to elliptical runner. 50 minutes of moving hard with heart pumping. I needed a shock to my system.

Do you ever need to just breakout for a moment? Why not, for just one moment, surprise your body, mind, and soul with an exciting change of plans? Nothing hurtful, but something to wake you up for one moment out of your stale routine?

How has this paid off – routine all week and then a shocking break to it?

I had the most weight loss in a week since I started this new routine . . .

So, give it a try today . . . breakout of your routine . . . and sing to the glory of God!
